Please note: once your information is shared with a developer, seller, broker, or financing partner in response to your enquiry, that third party’s own privacy practices will govern their further use of your data, and Arqvion does not control or take responsibility for how such third parties subsequently use, store, or process your information.

We do not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Platform uses cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to operate property search and filter functions, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how visitors use the Platform through analytics tools. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; however, doing so may limit certain features of the Platform, such as saved searches or the shortlisting of properties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide ongoing advisory support, respond to enquiries, comply with legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements, and resolve disputes. Enquiry and transaction records may be retained for a reasonable period after your last interaction with us to enable follow-up services and to meet statutory record-keeping obligations.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures — including access controls, encrypted transmission where applicable, and restricted internal access — designed to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law, you may:

  • Request access to, correction of, or updates to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing or promotional communication at any time by writing to us or using the unsubscribe option in our communications.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to our legitimate retention requirements described in Section 6.
